Dr. McDonnell also acts as the principle Medical Editor of Ophthalmology Times since 2004, and offers served on the editorial boards of several ophthalmology journals. Dr. McDonnell also offered as the Assistant Chief of Services at the Wilmer Institute from 1987 to 1988. He offered as a consultant to the United States Department of Health and Human Services in 1996. Dr. McDonnell served as a full-time faculty at the University of Southern California from 1988 until 1999, where he advanced to the rank of professor in 1994.Since we conducted 46 statistical tests of hypotheses linked to secondary end factors and subgroups, there is a 91 percent possibility that at least one of these tests will be significant in an alpha degree of 0.05, assuming independence between tests.
